A step up from the Brasstown label are our Enotah bottlings. These wines are crafted from the
year's harvest in a bit more sophisticated manner. Oft times selected blocks of grapes in the vineyard are set aside, or free run juice is
identified, and then sequestered for crafting in to our Enotah wines.

ENOTAH WHITE
A blending of barrel fermented and stainless steel Chardonel produces a lightly oaked white in a classic Burgundian style. It is a perfect
accompaniment to pork, chicken, fish, and dishes with creamy or buttery sauces.
