A step up from the Brasstown label are our Enotah bottlings. These wines are crafted from the
year's harvest in a bit more sophisticated manner. Oft times selected blocks of grapes in the vineyard are set aside, or free run juice is
identified, and then sequestered for crafting in to our Enotah wines.

ENOTAH WHITE
Crafted from the French American hybrid grape, Chardonel, this wine is produced in a classic Chardonnay style. 75% fermentation in new
Virginia oak and 25% in stainless steel gives this white a supple mouth feel with subtle buttery overtones without being over oaked.
2007 Silver Medal winner at the Wines of the South Competition.
